Company Story...
We have been involved in the food service since 1984 and in 1984 we started our off-premise
catering company. Our uniqueness is demonstrated by our ability to prepare food and serve you
guests at the location you have selected for your group. It has been our privilege to have
served parties of a few hundred up to a group of 22,000. As a result of our experience in outdoor
and indoor catering we have directed our services to larger groups.
The most requested foods have been for barbecue parties. This has caused us to pursue the the
training and equipment needed to offer a most authentic product. With our mobile kitchen and
specialized barbecue equipment, we could prepare more that two tons of barbecue on site. By
placing our company in competitive cooking events, we have had the opportunity to travel
and barbecue with some of the best burners in the business from places like Texas, Florida,
Michigan, Virginia, France, Germany, and Hawaii, to name a few.
Our award-winning barbecue, as well as out other menus, and our qualified staff gives us the
ability to successfully perform at special events, from weddings to major corporate functions.
Many factors must be considered when we quote a party package such as: location, food times,
quantity needed, number of guests, time, season, other services or equipment needed, and
presentation vs delivery.
To be as fair as possible with our customers, we find it best to price the menu that you want
for your event and consider the factors we have outlined above, or you may find it best to
establish a ballpark budget for the dinner and we will do our best to provide a menu that will
fit into it.
